Negotiations - We can provide valuation advice and undertake negotiations of rent reviews, lease renewals, lease assignments, sub-letting, freehold reversion purchases and other landlord and tenant disputes that may arise.

Disposals and purchases - Lease assignments, sub-letting, freehold reversion purchases.

Third Party Arbitration and Expert Witness - Whilst we ideally try and resolve negotiations amicably, we have the expertise to provide advice on resolving landlord and tenant disputes through third party involvement and can undertake such submissions on behalf of our clients.

Furthermore, Gareth Harries, a director of the company specializing in landlord and tenant issues is a qualified Arbitrator and recognized Expert Witness, who is regularly appointed by the RICS to resolve landlord and tenant disputes in respect to unresolved rent reviews on retail properties throughout Wales.
