RICS valuations of commercial and residential property for a variety of purposes

As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we are able to provide RICS ‘Red Book' compliant valuations and surveys residential and commercial property for a variety of purposes.

Valuations - Capital and rental valuations of commercial and residential property for acquisition or disposal, finance/loan security, litigation, taxation, matrimonial, asset valuations, pension fund requirements, compulsory purchase and compensation and many more.

We also undertake valuations of business assets including plant and machinery, please see the section on our Business Assets service.

Surveys - We undertake mortgage surveys and valuations for financial lending institutions and offer purchasers the RICS Homebuyers Valuation and Survey service and Building Surveys of residential and commercial property.

Expert Witness Valuation - We can provide valuation advice in contemplation for litigation purposes and court proceedings and formal valuations reports to the court in the capacity of an expert witness.
