RJ:CS act as managing agents for developments across South and West Wales

We have an experienced management department which undertake the mangement of numerous residential and commercial developments across South and West Wales.

With our knowledge and understanding of the ever increasing legislation which affects property management, we are able to provide a full service to our clients to ensure that the developments are managed in compliance with the latest legislative requirements.

We have experience in working with developers from the onset to provide advice of the future management of the development though an implementable service charge/management agreement which is then factored into the development from an early stage.

We undertake service charge administration of residential, commercial and mixed use developments through the management of budgets, repair and maintenance contracts, collection of service charge payments and other recoverable costs. We openly liaise with the landlord, owners and occupiers in order to provide an effective management service. We also offer a rent collection service.
