Take up at Langdon House powers ahead with letting to the Insolvency Service.

London & Wharfedale has exchanged contracts with the Insolvency Service to lease 7,700 sq ft of the Rotunda at their prestigious Langdon House development on SA1 at Swansea.

The Insolvency Service has agreed to lease 75% of the Rotunda for 10 years at a rent of £13.50 per square foot.

Commenting on the letting, Richard Froggatt, Chairman of London & Wharfedale, said, "We are delighted with this letting. The merits of developing BREEAM Excellent offices are becoming proven in the market place. Occupiers understand the advantages of energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings particularly in these difficult economic times. We now have over 65% of the accommodation contracted or under offer within a couple of months of the building being completed. Only one floor of 2,100 sq ft remains to be let in the Rotunda and 6 units remain for sale or to let to S.M.E.s."

The development is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and European Union Objective 1 funding.  Knight Frank and Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors are the selling and letting agents
