Successful Rating Appeals - Swansea Waterfront
Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors were appointed by all occupiers to submit appeals against the 2010 Rateable Values (RV) on the Ethos office building in the SA1 Swansea Waterfront development
We have also, within the past few weeks, been successful in negotiating appeals for clients on a variety of retail properties and have registered appeals on a number of properties which have yet to be listed for discussion with the VO.
The current rating list was prepared by the VO and is effective from 1st April 2010. Appeals may be submitted at any time during the course of the list which will end in March 2015.
