New Residential Management Appointment

Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce the new management instruction of the Excelsior development in the heart of the City of Swansea.
The handover took place in May and there has been a smooth transition from the developer to the management team at Rowland Jones. The property manager, Rokib Uddin, has been liaising closely with the site manager and other service providers to maintain current services and determine future requirements of the estate. We look forward to building a strong and lasting relationship with our clients and the occupiers of the estate.
