Appointment of Residential Property Manager
Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors are delighted to announce the appointment of Rokib Uddin as our Residential Property Manager.
Having managed an extensive portfolio of mixed use properties for a FTSE 350 company based in London, Rokib has joined the company to manage our residential portfolio.
After graduating from King's College, University of London, Rokib entered the world of property management and became an affiliate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) in 2008. He then passed his Part I examinations to gain Associate Membership of the IRPM in 2009 and has since qualified as a fully fledged Member by passing his Part II examinations in 2010.
Rokib has worked with national and international companies in managing their property requirements as well as managing many major works including a £3.3 million project involving a Grade II listed building.
