Alex O'Brien
Alex currently divides his time between the Valuation and Agency Departments undertaking valuations, sales and lettings of commercial property.
Experience: Alex joined the company in 2006 as a trainee surveyor and recently passed his APC in June 2010 to become a Chartered Surveyor. Upon gaining his qualification, Alex has worked closely within the Valuation Department and is able to undertake Red book complaint valuations reports. He has also had a wide experience in selling and letting commercial property and negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals including obtaining successful arbitration results.
Expertise: Formal valuations in compliance with the RICS Red Book for a wide range of purposes, including acquisition/disposal advice and valuations for secured lending. Providing marketing and strategy advice for the disposal and acquisition of commercial property. Alex is also able to provide advice in respect to Professional matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations and business rate appeals.
