Sarah Williams
Sarah heads up the Valuation Department, providing valuations of commercial and residential property for a wide range of purposes to meet the needs of a large client base.
Experience: Sarah joined the company in 2003 as a trainee and has progessed through the company gaining a range of surveying experience in dealing with commercial and residenial property prior to specialising in providing formal valuations and being appointed as an Associate Director in July 2009.
Expertise: Formal valuations of commerical and residential property in compliance with the RICS Red Book for a range of purposes, including acquistion and disposal advice, secured lending purposes, valuations of assets for financial statements, rental valuations for rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations as well as providing valuations in contemplation of ligitation and expert witness valuations.
